Retinal vasculitis is one of the most common yet poorly understood manifestations of intraocular inflammation. It can be limited to the eye or associated with significant systemic diseases. In this course, we will explore the wide range of presentations of retinal vasculitis and the clinical signs that can lead us to appropriate laboratory investigations.
Dr. Ghazala O'Keefe is the Assistant Professor in the Retina and Uveitis sections at the Emory Eye Centre in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. She has recently published an extensive review on retinal vasculitis that describes a novel approach to the classification of the disease.
